本片為導演佐藤壽保在《女虐》之前的試水之作。城南大學心理學實驗室的女醫師正在進行一項新型鎮靜劑的-物臨床實驗，田鈿妙子、中島知子、三上莉香等三名學生充當志愿者。女醫師的丈夫生前是個極其出色的科學家，卻因自己的實驗過于挑戰極限而遭到排斥，最終自殺身亡。他們的兒子英治(石川成俊飾)還是一個高中生，但他顯然繼承了父親的優秀基因，獨立研制出一種可以影響大腦從而減輕痛楚的-物。英治趁母親不備，偷偷將其注入到實驗-劑中，并注射給三名志愿者。在此之后，他偷偷觀察著三個女孩的日常反應，期間更與美麗的莉香發生感情。然而，英治的-劑產生副作用，妙子和知子先后發狂，死于非命。備受打擊的英治也接近了崩潰的邊緣
