She meets businessman Robert MacPherson en route and he persuades her to help bring his company into the 20th century. The staff, lead by Mr. Martin, have other ideas and a battle between the old and new business methods breaks out.
女子戒毒所
陳寶國,劇雪,金棣,陳銳,趙奎娥女子戒毒所 (1992)故事梗概武警隊長周健和他的助手劉威匯報案情，本市發生了香港黑社會勢力為了爭獲價值百萬美元的最新毒品“冰”而發生的事件。關鍵人物是要找到窩主“七妹”。“女子戒毒所”成為重點查找目標。女子戒毒所收監著許多女吸毒者。無正當職業，語言尖刻的陳麗，19歲的音樂學院學生羅童童，性格脆弱，最后自殺身亡。性格開朗的個體戶阿晴，后來知道自己懷孕，決心戒毒。林芳菲是電大畢業生，因丈夫有外遇而呼毒。進戒毒所后不吃不喝，拒絕與醫生合作。李娟，自稱是外地來的演員，自愿來戒毒，話很少，給人陰毒的感覺。戒毒所醫生陸虹克盡職守對待病人，還積極協助公安局查找“七妹”錢老板也注意到戒毒所這個目標。香港的14K組織也派其成員張國文潛入內地。張原是陸醫生的情人，后去香港并加入黑社會組織。陸虹被其虛情假意軟化，還被害得染上毒癮。張國文利用自己與陸虹的關系，去04病房時找到了“七妹”，以20萬港元為交換條件，通過陸虹，把04病房的病人用汽車接走。張國文的一舉一動沒有瞞過錢老板。雙方人馬為了搶“七妹”找到“冰”的下落，展開了一場惡斗。我公安人員早已布下天羅地網，全殲了這些歹徒。
