The scientist’s assistant, Simon, struggles all the while to free himself and warn Roche. A magical world of baroque submarines and sailing ships, killer octopus, undersea bicycles dazzles audiences as human actors, puppetry, animation and fanciful scenic design interact to create a cinematic experience that is unique by any standards. Mixing slapstick comedy, action adventure pacing and Mélies style film magic, this little known Czechoslovakian gem transcends the juvenile literature at its source to create cinematic art of the highest order....

本片改編自同名人氣不良少年漫畫，以“偏差值最低、打架最強(qiáng)”的風(fēng)鈴高校為舞臺(tái)，講述為成為最強(qiáng)而來(lái)到這座城市的少年櫻遙（水上恒司 飾），加入守護(hù)街道的義氣不良組織“防風(fēng)鈴”，與伙伴們并肩作戰(zhàn)、守護(hù)街道的熱血故事。

　　三毛（賈林 Jia Lin 飾）從來(lái)就是銀幕上喜劇人物。這次，三毛從軍了。抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)全面爆發(fā)了，無(wú)所事事的三毛一心想著為國(guó)立功，加入了軍隊(duì)。不料，新兵訓(xùn)練的時(shí)候就笑話百出。手榴彈實(shí)彈投擲訓(xùn)練時(shí)，三毛一不小心就將手榴彈投到了戰(zhàn)壕里，搞得全軍上下一片烏黑。稀里糊涂的三毛隨后參加了一支敢死隊(duì)，笑話百出的他和隊(duì)友們竟一股全殲了敵軍。　　抗敵有功，三毛高升到后勤部，不用再上戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)了，卻成了師長(zhǎng)姨太太的跟班。整天被使喚也鬧了不少笑話。不料兵敗師長(zhǎng)自殺，三毛又重投兵營(yíng)。一次執(zhí)行空降任務(wù)時(shí)，三毛和以前的知心戰(zhàn)友遭到伏擊，大難不死卻落入深山。一等就等到了抗戰(zhàn)結(jié)束，三毛和戰(zhàn)友早已成了野人。
