The story follows the wanderings of a hero through the situations of survival. People wait for the Ark to arrive and rescue them while their habitat falls apart. Delving deep into the dusty and long abandonded vaults of b-cinema in search of lost gems always leaves me with a bittersweet taste. On one hand the discovery of unexpected gems where no one would think them possible is a rewarding experience. On the other hand though it makes one wonder how many of these remarkable low-budget oddities, personal love affairs of directors never quite famous and now all but forgotten, have almost forever slipped from memory? n any case what we have here is a little post-apocalyptic gem from Poland that is really better than it has any right to. The dystopian near future of O-BI, O-BA finds a group of survivors of the nuclear war that ravaged the Earth inhabiting an underworld concrete bunker and biding their time as they wait for the mysterious Ark, an air ship of some kind that will come and save them. The Ark proves to be an elaborate hoax, carefully designed to give hope to the malnourished and desperate denizens of the bunker, while in the meantime the dome that separates their miserable existence from the nuclear winter outside is slowly caving in. What first striked me about the movie is the design of the bunker and the depiction of the survivors. The survivors are gaunt, filthy and terrible-looking penitents, dressed in rags and aimlessly wandering the neon-lit halls of the bunker like automatons. The bunker is a rundown, seedy place, with bright neon lights peering from all sides like the eyes of malignant beasts. On one hand it is a slightly 80's depiction of the dystopian future but the movie never stoops down to MAD MAX cheese. Instead it combines biting political satire with the bleak outlook of a world with no future, black comedy with barbs on apathy, religion and power. The survivors, for example, are fed some kind of flour dropping from a tube that hovers in the air - later on we discover the food supervisor uses books and the Bible itself as filler for this meagre meal. There are many such short symbolic touches, perhaps not life-changing or faith-restoring, yet playful, clever and inspired. One thing is for sure; O-BI, O-BA is not your run-of-the-mill sci-fi schlock. It overcomes its modest budget with creativity and has genuine artistic aspirations both from a writing and directing perspective. My opinion is that it should have been filmed in black and white instead of colour though. The director uses atmospheric light and shadow to great effect and it would have registered even better in stark black and white. The blue-green neon on the other hand outstays its welcome after a while. Just a minor gripe in an otherwise solid b-movie with its heart set in all the right places. Imagine a less bleak THE ROAD (Cormac McCarthy) being injected with the satire and humour of DR.STRANGELOVE and you're getting there. See it if you can find it.
午夜之花

朱顏曼滋,任彬,趙小棠,王天放,于謹維,王勁松,金廣發(fā),王勉,顏安,趙夕汐,孫丞瀟 ,張帆,錢迪迪,汪曲攸,鄧飛,于小彬,丁文博,牛犇,葛兆美情感博主祝君好（朱顏曼滋 飾）與在民政局工作的龔璽（任彬 飾），兩個本該最懂“愛”的人，卻在520這天領(lǐng)了離婚證。面對毀不掉的婚紗照和分不清的牽絆，兩人一拍即合，決定開啟一段“非傳統(tǒng)”的高效關(guān)系——互給對方介紹對象！然而相親局逐漸失控，龔璽重逢了自己曾經(jīng)的相親對象紀小舒（趙小棠 飾），祝君好則遇上了前任向涵（王天放 飾），還有“八離世家”的霸總和“懂王”附體的弟弟。這對“離婚搭子”在互坑與互助之間，開始重新審視自己的親密關(guān)系，也意外踏上了一段關(guān)于“愛”的二次探索。
河鰻
潘綱大,柯泯薰,潘親御,鄭如吟,陳季霞,吳美和父親一去不返，原本在城市上班的阿亮，回到被遺忘的沙洲，寄居河邊破房子，在垃圾場打工。島民為土地公抬轎，被丟棄的神明都擠在寺廟中。阿亮發(fā)現(xiàn)神秘紅裙女子漂浮于河上，她似乎有著不堪回首的過去，或許她根本就是河鰻化身？視覺藝術(shù)家朱駿騰首部長片，取景于臺北市內(nèi)遭限制開發(fā)逾半世紀的社子島，建構(gòu)如夢似幻的幽靈地帶，以濃烈的符號和隱喻，展現(xiàn)實驗風(fēng)格，透過一段萍水相逢的奇遇，映照生命的困頓與無常，探索欲望與歸屬。柏林影展視角單元。
媽呀真亂來
拉維·基尚,Dharna Durga,阿魯諾德·辛格,格塔姜利·庫爾卡尼,特里普蒂·迪姆里據(jù)《印度時報》報道，拉維·基珊（Ravi Kishan）出演了蘇雷什·特里維尼（Suresh Triveni）執(zhí)導(dǎo)的喜劇電影《母親姐妹》（Mother Sister）。這部電影將于今年5月在孟買開拍。在“母親姐妹”中，他們將與Madhuri Diksit，Satripti Dimari和Dharna Durga一起扮演重要角色。Ravi Kishan最近對這部電影表示了興奮。他說他很高興與馬杜里·迪克西特合作。
