一天，一民婦帶女入寺進香，被主持黑沙掌看中，將女收于黑房中，此事被老拳師吳老東及兒子吳家秦看破，與黑沙掌及眾淫僧大打出手，老拳師不慎命喪掌下，臨終時囑家秦必須學會鴛鴦腿才能打敗黑沙掌。一群賣藝姑娘，以舞藝賺取生活費，黑沙掌等人當場調(diào)戲眾女，為首的鳳蘭即以鴛鴦腿攻打黑沙掌，由于鳳蘭乃女兒身，鴛鴦腿功力不夠，被黑沙掌打倒，家秦沖入陣中，救了鳳蘭，這才知道鳳蘭竟是鴛鴦腿傳人的女兒。鳳蘭見了對父提出家秦有救命之恩，并愿以身相許，救父傳授鴛鴦腿，家秦與鳳蘭苦心勤練，成功的練成了鴛鴦腿，二人齊力向南竹等發(fā)難，并得紅姑相助，終于瓦解了南竹寺，同時也消滅了黑沙掌等邪僧。
